We were so pleased to see so many members of the passel yesterday at the Rocks and Roots training run held at the Peachblow Rd. trailhead at Alum Creek State Park. Thanks to Jeff Henderson and Fleet Feet for hosting the run. It is truly exciting to see the growth of and excitement around trail running in Central Ohio, and we are so happy to be part of building that community! In the upcoming weeks and months we will be posting a schedule of our training/course familiarization runs at Delaware State Park. These runs are about getting in good miles with good people and building community. Remember, if you're not making friends out there, you're probably doing it wrong!
